During this phase, we will assemble a confidential information memorandum, develop an operational model, and create a list of potential buyers. At this crucial juncture, with input from our client, we will review the market conditions, ensure going to market is favorable at this time, and finalize a strategy based on collaborative discussions with our client.

In the Marketing phase, we will aggressively take to market our client's firm based upon our agreed strategy, ensuring we approach buyers that meet the outcome our client desires. During this phase, we will also work with our client to evaluate indications of interest, letters of intent, and prepare them for management presentations. The goal is to solicit multiple competing offers in order to maximize outcomes for our client.

At this stage, once letters of intent have been received and negotiated, we work closely with our client to select the offer that best meets their goals. Additionally, with client collaboration, we will determine our level of client support required throughout the diligence process.

Once an offer has been selected, a letter of intent signed, and our level of client support determined, we will work diligently to support diligence efforts and finalize a purchase agreement. The goal is to support a thorough and efficient diligence process that results in an expeditious deal close.
